Feather and Fan

The Feather and Fan stitch, it’s a very pretty and delicate stitch to knit. It looks complicated but it’s actually an easy stitch to knit.

The stitch it’s a multiple of 18, and can be done with only for 4 rows.

Pattern:

• • Row 1 (RS): knit all stitches
  • Row 2 (WS): purl all stitches
  • Row 3: *[k2tog] 3 times, [yo, k1] 6 times, [k2tog] 3 times*

• Row 4: knit all stitches

Circular Knitting Pattern:

• Row 1 (RS): knit all stitches
• Row 2 (WS): knit all stitches
• Row 3: *[k2tog] 3 times, [yo, k1] 6 times, [k2tog] 3 times*
• Row 4: knit all stitches
