Drop Stitch

The Drop Stitch it’s a very easy stitch to knit.

You can cast on how many stitches you want to.

Pattern:

• Row 1 and 2: knit all stitches
• Row 3: *knit 1, yarn over*, knit 1
• Row 4: *knit 1, drop the yarn over*

Circular knitting:

• Round 1 and 2: purl all stitches
• Round 3: *purl 1, yarn over*
• Round 4: *purl 1, drop the yarn over*

Caption:

You can play with the rows and yarn over.
You might want to knit (or purl on circular knitting) more than 2 rows/rounds, and you can do 2 or more yarn over so the drop stitch looks bigger.
