Very pleasant stitch to knit, although it is quite difficult to do while looking through the camera… lol
I hope I managed to show how it can be done.
It is a multiple of 2 and is completed in 2 rows.
Just repeat the 2 rows until you reach the desired length.
Pattern:
Cast on a multiple of 2.
- Row 1 (right side): knit 1, *slip 1 stitch as to knit, knit 1, pass the slip stitch from the right needle over the knit 1, and knit 1 over the back loop*, knit 1
- Row 2: *purl 2 stitches together, but leave stitches on needle, split these 2 sts and purl in the first loop*
